Paid Social Coordinator

This role falls within a lean, mean department responsible for driving real, tangible ROI for Likeable’s clients and we’re passionate about finding the perfect person to join us.

Roles and Responsibilities: Social media is an ever-changing field, so although you will have some routine responsibilities, your role will adapt and change based on client needs and industry developments. Overall, hwever, your day-to-day obligations will be:

  • Work with internal teams to develop paid social advertising strategies for clients across various networks to meet KPIs.
  • Place, monitor, and continuously optimize client ads across networks, with a focused test and learn approach to drive results
  • Manage client media budgets and ensure spend goals are met exactly throughout the ad spend period.
  • Partner with Account Managers to deliver excellent client service and quick response to client questions.
  • Produce regular Excel and Powerpoint reports with ad performance metrics/insights.
  • Share insights from reporting with creative teams to help develop assets that meet client needs, goals, and network specifications.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms.
  • Keep on top of all rapidly changing ad platforms and advise on new opportunities both internally and externally.
  • Assist with preparation of material for new business pitches.

You should have:

  • Some experience in advertising agencies or media buying, especially SEM or social ads. Internships count too!
  • The ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations from data. Sort of like a spreadsheet detective.
  • Diligence and close attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in social media including emerging networks.
  • Be able to work well independently while being part of a team.
  • Curiosity and willingness to delve into data and tinker for hours.
